Victoria is an award-winning designer and event leader with over a decade of experience across agriculture, software, construction, state government, and social clubs and nonprofits. She combines big-picture strategy with hands-on creativity in marketing, branding, and event execution, delivering solutions that streamline processes, elevate brands, and produce events that exceed expectations.
She has shaped brand identities, led creative teams, and produced sold-out events like GovCon, which drew participants from all 95 counties in Tennessee and over 800 attendees.
GovCon earned the Southern Economic Development Council 2025 Special Judges Award for Marketing Excellence, a prestigious honor from one of the largest regional economic development organizations in North America.
Her team also received the 2025 International Economic Development Council Excellence in Economic Development Bronze Award for their 2024 Annual Report.
In addition to elevating brands and producing events, she enjoys caring for others through her nursing program and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two kids.
